When we first saw this, our first thoughts were "Oh gee some TV actor puts his name on a bag of inferior products". But.... as we looked into it, ordered a few, and used them, we were impressed. This is actually a well thought out kit of high quality materials. You would be hard pressed to match this price and quality if you assembled it yourself.
Edward "Bear" Grylls, is an English adventurer, writer and television presenter best known for the television series Man vs. Wild. Much of his knowledge was gained in the British Army where he served in the Special Forces. (apparently he was one of only four who passed, out of his initial class of 180).
