We have the Leurres Eppinger Dardevle Daredevil Midget in the classic Red / White spoon (Red Eye) in the 3/16 or 1/8 oz. size. The little devils are perfect size and weight for casting with our Pen Size Spinning and Spin Casting reels, and 2lb or 4lb test line. It remains the most popular all-around fishing lure in use today. For almost a century, the Dardevle has been the standard by which all other lures are judged. Cast or trolled, its wiggling and wobble action is irresistible to trout, pike, walleye, bass, and all other game fish. The classic Red with White Stripe with a shiny, flashing silvery nickel back just works, plain and simple. Get several of both sizes for your tackle box today !
The red and white striped Dardevle is probably the world's most recognized fishing lure. It is just as effective today as it was 100 years ago when Eppinger first started selling them. The Dardevle is basic for bass, trout, and more.
How to fish with a Dardevel Lure:
1.) Attach it to your line with a small duolock snap (sold in sidebar) to give the lure a free-ranging wobble (do not use a swivel clip).
2.) Cast it out. Avoid the common mistake of a steady retrieve. Use rod-tip twitches and brief pauses (or a line dancer sold in sidebar) to give the spoon an erratic darting action, which will substantially boost your catch

Tip: Remember to get extras. Lures get lost, snagged, or "borrowed" by friends. When you have a lure that works, it pays to have several of the same kind in your tackle box as backup.
