Frog Leg Preparation & Recipe:
Large Bullfrogs have the largest legs. Before cutting the legs off, make an incision around the leg, as close as possible to the body. Then pull the skin off like a glove. Cut the skinned legs off. Soak the legs for 2 minutes in a brine made of 2 tablespoons salt to one pint of water. Drain, pepper them, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry to a golden brown in oil. Alternatively, soak skinned legs in cold water with a teaspoon of vinegar for an hour. Drain, dip in flour, fry in butter. Enjoy !
