Prior to your backpack trip, open the box, pull out the Silver bag that contains the wine. Put it on the top/inside of your pack, resting it on clothes or soft items, carefully close the backpack. The bag of wine will ride nicely. When you get to your camp, put the bag in a nearby stream and secure with rocks. The stream water will cool it and you will be the only backpacker with wine for MILES! The only weight penalty is mylar and a bit of plastic. The rest is wine (no glass).
