Take your dirty dishes or laundry down to the stream and give them a good dunking, let them soak for few minutes. Good way to loosen burned on eggs or cheese. Works for washing clothing too.
In survival situations, can be cut up and used as a fish net or trap.
Then use biodegradable soap and wash them according to the directions on the soap container. Use scrubbers in sidebar for extra cleaning power. Dispose of soap and food waste according to local conditions (pack in / pack out or bury according to local forest conditions or rules).
