Manufactured by Bayco products for Law enforcement and First Responders, we found the Nightstick Quad Pro LED pocket light useful during backpack trips and in camp. There are 2 models the NSP-9404B and the NSP9408B (which adds UV capability). Compact size, and use of standard AAA type batteries make for easy carry and resupply on long hikes. Multiple color LEDs permit offer up a variety of uses. There is even a UV mode (Model 9408B) for detecting scorpions hiding in tents or clothing (yes they glow when exposed to UV), finding security marking on currency and documents, and even bodily fluids.

NIGHTSTICK™ QUAD series is designed specifically for hands–free illumination while working, camping, hiking, hunting or searching. Each model has white, red and blue high output LEDs. The NSP-9404 has a green LED for high contrast in darkness. The NSP-9408 has an UV LED for viewing security markers. The strobe function can be activated for all colors, adding an extra dimension of user safety. Very light weight and easily clipped to pockets, belt or Molle webbing on backpacks.
