Pyropac Gel Fuel Foil Pack. Used by the US Military. These are surplus packs and may have Military NSN packaging. Safer, cleaner and easier to use alternative to some other fuels. 14-15 minute burn time to boil water, or start your campfire in wet conditions.

Each foil package contains 1.25 ounces of gel fuel. Tear open and squeeze gel out into a stove base or onto a non flammable surface (rock, open ground). Light with a match and it will burn at up to 1400 degrees fahrenheit for 13 -15 minutes. Packs have an indefinite shelf life - no expiration date.

Ultralight foil package weighs 1.4 ounces. Package measures 5" x 2.75" x 0.25"

Pyropac is a proprietary gel mixture that burns hot and clean with no smoke or fumes, and that leaves behind only sand. Ideal for stealth mode or leave no trace situations.

PyroPac does not freeze or melt and burns well up to 10,000 ft of elevation.

PyroPac is non-toxic in handlings and post burn and so is safe for the environment. Its only byproducts are carbon dioxide, water and a bit of residue (silica sand).

The gel burns smokeless and the flame is almost impossible to see - an advantage in stealth situations.

Pyropac is non explosive, has an indefinite shelf life, and is mixture of unrestricted materials (USDOT) . It is not hazmat (so can be shipped by air). It is a safer, more versatile and functional survival gel fuel than many alternatives.

Pyropac is reusable - when extinguished, excess gel can be repackaged and reused.
