These are the FULL MEALS, not just the entree sold elsewhere. This is the most recent generation of MREs, they all taste good. We ship ONLY NEW, fresh MREs to get maximum flavor and assure you get long shelf-life. Watch out for old expired or near expired MREs sold cheap elsewhere.

Each meal provides approximately 1,200 Calories. Typically each has a main course, crackers, a cheese, peanut butter/jelly spread, a dessert, powdered beverage mix, spoon, and towelette.

Each MRE weighs 380 to 510 g (13 to 18 oz) depending on the menu.

Made for all weather conditions. Everything you need for a complete meal is contained within a heavy plastic sealed waterproof bag. No refrigeration, no cooking, no water and no preparation is needed, though you may heat the entre portion at your discretion.

Shipping Note: In order to get you the freshest shipment, we ship from the East Coast warehouse. We ship for a flat $20 via UPS ground. These full meal versions are heavy. That contributes to shipping charges. Note that freshness is very important when getting MREs
