These are the most recent generation of MREs, they all taste good. We sell ONLY NEW, fresh MREs to get maximum flavor and shelf-life. Watch out for old expired or near expired MREs sold cheap elsewhere.

Each meal provides approximately 1,200 Calories. Typically each has a main course, crackers, a cheese, peanut butter/jelly spread, a dessert, powdered beverage mix, spoon, and towelette.

Each MRE weighs 380 to 510 g (13 to 18 oz) depending on the menu.

These fully prepared MRE military style meals can be eaten hot, or cold (when conditions do not permit a fire). Great for campers, backpackers, or your emergency kit. Perfect for anyone who needs a fast, nutritious meal without the cooking.
