The Fenix (pronouced FEE-NICKS) Model L0D CE Premium Q4 is extremely small, not much bigger than the AAA cell it uses. This light is BRIGHT it uses the latest in LED technology - the CREE Q4 - 7090 XR-E LED - This is FRESH 2008 technology - - you are getting the latest and greatest. The Fenix has five modes: Primary -> Low -> Max -> Strobe Mode -> SOS Mode, which not only allows the user to select the best compromise between brightness and runtime for any given task but also has ability to aid in an emergency. The SOS mode automatically pulses morse code SOS via the LED -- S ... (three short), O _ _ _ (three long) S ... (three short), Just put it in SOS mode, aim it toward help, and go back to work or your rescue operations. The Maglite company has long been the standard in small flashlights. Perhaps you already own a Maglite. Compare the power requirements, weight and brightness in the table below. The Fenix even outperforms the large 2D cell Maglite Krypton bulb. Plus Krypton bulbs need replacement every 20-30 hours or so. The Premium (Q4) CREE 7090 XR-E LED bulb will last 50,000 hours !

A counter clockwise turn will then switch it off. To switch between brightness levels, turn the light on, then turn it off. Within 1.5 seconds after being turned off, twist the head on again and it will be switched to the next brightness level. Just do the same thing to switch it to the third stage. Keep the light off for over 1.5 seconds, and the light will turn completely off, and the regulative circuit will be restored. |
