Add to your backpacking equipment - this provides greater padded comfort and thermal insulation when sleeping on the ground or in a tent. Place this under your sleeping bag for added comfort.

Tip:
Most backpacker and campers don't use the full length of this pad. An Ultralight tip is to trim a few inches off to save weight and pack size. Use the trimmings to make your own ultralight camp pillow or for knee pads in the garden. Or cut it in half to make 2 Upper body only sleeping pads and share it with a friend.
