a representative in real time. Note that some of our reps are
equipped to do LIVE HELP from home, and are often available on evenings and
weekends. They can answer questions about product features, availability
and give you advice. During normal business hours we can take orders over the phone. Our office hours are generally 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday (however, we sometimes sneak out to test new gear).
