We like to hear from customers and other "Fast and Light" enthusiasts.   If the LIVE HELP button on each page shows we are online - click to chat with a representative in real time.   Some of our reps are equipped to do LIVE HELP from home, and are often available on evenings and weekends.  They can answer questions about product features, availability and give you advice.  

Clubs, government, law enforcement, schools, military, scouts, charity event organizers - if you need large quantities or custom printing on any items we sell, please contact us in advance with your requirements.   Our Sales Manager can arrange quantity discounts, custom embroidery, silk screening or colors.

During normal business hours we can take orders by phone. But we're often back in the warehouse packing and shipping as fast as we can.  So the best,  fastest, most accurate method to place orders -  is online.  We take strong measures to protect your information as detailed in our About Us page, so it is safe to buy from us.

Our office hours are generally 8AM to 4PM Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday  (sometimes we sneak out to test new gear).
