We strive to offer a simple presentation of product features, clear indication of availability (in stock / expected date), and prompt delivery of all orders. We recently added the Shopper Approved program to solicit customer reviews about our site, delivery and and products. After purchasing products, shoppers are asked to complete a very short survey. A few days later, Shopper Approved sends a single follow up email to further measure customer satisfaction. Note: Because Shopper Approved sends a volume of emails daily, they may end up in your SPAM - We encourage customers to watch for the ratings email by checking your Spam INBOX for a few days after purchase. If an item is on backorder, the customer satifaction email may arrive before the products. In that event, keep the email and provide your response after receipt.
