Returns and Refunds Merchandise may be returned for Refund within 14 days or receipt. Receipt date will be determined by the shippers tracking number reccords. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to GoFASTandLIGHT.com. Refunds will not be issued for inital order shipping costs, nor for the cost of returning the items to GoFASTandLIGHT.com. Refunds will be issued in accord with the initial payment method (i.e., same Credit Card, Paypal Account, that was used for initial purchase) upon receipt of merchandise by GoFASTandLIGHT.com. Prior to returning items, customer must email (rma@gofaastandlight.com) or call to obtain a return authorization number. All merchandise must be returned with all original packing material and in new, unused, unaltered condition. VII. Warranty and Repair Many of the items sold by GoFASTandLIGHT have a manufacturer warranty. Warranty information will be in the package or on the box. Customer is responsible for keeping proof of purchase and the warranty documentation during the warranty period. Customer is also responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of the warranty. Customer is responsible for communicating with and returning the items to the Manufacturer. For items wherein the manufacturer authorizes GoFASTandLIGHT.com to perform warranty work, customer must contact GoFASTandLIGHT.com (rma@gofastandlight.com) to get an authorization and shipping instructions.
